The Committee holdsits meeting every fortnight to consider all matters concerning transfer and transaction of shares. The Company’s shares are in compulsoryDemat Mode. The shares received for transfer in physical mode by the Company are transferred expeditiously and the share certificates, dulytransferred, are sent to the transferee(s).The Company obtains from a Company Secretary in practice, half yearly certificate of compliance with the share transfer formalities as requiredunder Clause 47(c) of the Listing agreement with Stock exchanges and files a copy of the certificate with the Stock Exchanges.(x)Dematerialization of SharesThe Company’s shares are available for trading in the depository systems of both the National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and theCentral Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL). As on 31st March, 2010 Equity Shares of the Company, forming 98.88% of total shareholdingstand dematerialized.
