The commutation for a lump sum payment of the pension of Rs...........isadministratively sanctioned as above. The table of present values, on the basis of whichcalculation in para 2.1 have been made, is subject to alteration at any time without noticeand consequently, they are liable to revision before payment is made. The sum payableshall be the sum appropriate to the applicant’s age on his birthday next after the date onwhich the commutation becomes absolute or is the medical authority directs that yearsshall be added to that age, to the consequent assumed age.3. He should report for medical examination to the medical authority direct onhearing from the letter as soon as possible, in view of the consequence of para 3 of letterto the medical authority. We should take with him the enclosed From ‘C’ with theparticulars required in part-I completed except the signature/thumb and fingerimpressions.4. He shall bear Medical Board’s fee/Medical Officer’s fee and the method ofpayment shall be advised by the Medical Authority.
