He should report <strong>for</strong> medical examination to <strong>the</strong> medical authority direct onhearing from <strong>the</strong> letter as soon as possible, in view of <strong>the</strong> consequence of para 3 of letterto <strong>the</strong> medical authority. We should take with him <strong>the</strong> enclosed From ‘C’ with <strong>the</strong>particulars required in part-I completed except <strong>the</strong> signature/thumb and fingerimpressions.4. He shall bear Medical Board’s fee/Medical Officer’s fee and <strong>the</strong> method ofpayment shall be advised by <strong>the</strong> Medical Authority.
