Jean­Louis Rodrigue, theatre and movement director, will be
happy to talk to you about his unique style of acting coaching, movement
training and choreography. He will discuss the fundamental
tools needed to improve your levels of performance in film and
theatre.
John Sloss

While the legal aspect of filmmaking can seem daunting to
any filmmaker, understanding and utilizing it correctly is critical in
protecting your film, idea, script and music from intellectual property
infringement. John Sloss has immense experience in all aspects of
motion picture financing, production and distribution, and has
worked with entertainment industry professionals of all kinds, advising
them on the industry. This year, John was involved in the
projects HoWL, ExIT THRouGH THE GIFT SHoP and CoLLAPSE, all
selected for the Berlinale. In this session, he will advise filmmakers on
how to proceed with project financing and what to expect when
contracts come into play.
Katriel Schory

Being the executive director of the Israel Film Fund and
founder of BELFILMS, Katriel Schory is an experienced producer and
will be available to talk about what you need to focus on when getting
involved in a co­production. He is familiar with many film markets,
including the Berlinale Co­Pro duction Market. He will also give advice
on what you should pay attention to before entering the film market
and what to think about when applying for the 2011 Talent Project
Market.

This is your chance to talk to the director of the Binger Film ­
lab and former CineMart director at the Rotterdam International Film
Festival. With his broad experience, Ido Abram is consultant to the
Berlinale Co­Production Market and has served as a jury member of
the Talent Project Market for several years. He will talk about the inner
workings of a co­production market, highlight what you need to
consider when starting a co­production and give advise on applying
for the 2011 Talent Project Market.

share his expertise on the film industry in Eastern European countries

Angeles, is keen to talk to you about her casting experiences and will

Eder, who has co­initiated the Talent Press programme at the Campus,
will talk about the opportunities film critics have today, also in terms
of networking, and about the recent developments related to film
criticism and journalism.

Karol Martesko­Fenster, based in New York City and SVP &
General Manager of Babelgum’s Film Division, will discuss the artistic
and financial aspects of online and mobile film distribution. He will
highlight the type of professional films that work well on mobile and
online platforms and review what filmmakers need to consider when
evaluating traditional and other platforms available.
