Appendix BCHAPTER 292931.00.25 2931.00.26(d) Heading 2851.00.00 is renumbered as 2853.00.00.29-1 Notes 5(a), 5(b), 5(c), 5(d) and 5(e) to chapter 29 are relettered as 5(A), 5(B), 5(C), 5(D) and5(E), respectively.29-2. (a) Note 5(c)(1) (relettered as 5(C)(1)) is amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of thesubparagraph.(b) Note 5(c)(2) (relettered as 5(C)(2)) is amended by deleting the period at the end of thesubparagraph and substituting “; and”.(c) The following new note 5(C)(3) is inserted:“(3) Co-ordination compounds, other than products classifiable in subchapter XI or heading 2941, are to be classified in theheading which occurs last in numerical order in chapter 29, among those appropriate to the fragments formed by“cleaving” of all metal bonds, other than metal-carbon bonds.”29-3.
