Appendix BCHAPTER 3939-1. Note 2 to chapter 39 is amended by--(a) redesignating present subparagraphs (a) through (f) as (b) through (g), respectively;(b) inserting the following new subparagraph (a):“(a) Lubricating preparations of heading 2710 or 3403;”(c) redesignating present subparagraphs (g) through (w) as (k) through (z), respectively; and(d) inserting the following new subparagraphs (h) and (ij):“(h) Prepared additives for mineral oils (including gasoline) or for other liquids used for the same purposes as mineral oils(heading 3811);(ij) Prepared hydraulic fluids based on polyglycols, silicones or other polymers of Chapter 39 (heading 3819)”39-2. Subheading note 1(a)(1) to chapter 39 is amended by deleting “e.g.,” and substituting “forexample,”.39-3. The following new Additional U.S. Note 5 is inserted in numerical sequence:“5.
