If you have the factory installed fresh air intake from the donor vehicle you should havethen also gotten the mass air flow sensor. It should look something like what is shownbelow. Route the m.a.f. connector over to the m.a.f. sensor and plug it in.If your vehicle requires a custom fresh air intake system then you must mount the massair flow sensor between the air filterand throttle body. Shown here is aCorvette mass air flow sensor part#15865791. This sensor hasmounting holes and can be easilyinserted into a custom fresh air intakesystem.Note: Mass air flow sensors arecalibrated to operate in a factory freshair intake system.
