It was specifically designed to elicit your staffmembers’ personal opinions regarding the services provided byyour agency.Here are the steps we recommend for administering this selfassessmentprocess:STEP 1:STEP 2:STEP 3:Review all of the materials prior to administeringthe survey.Obtain commitment from top management andthe Board before administering the survey. Thiswill provide you with the support you will need tonot only administer the survey itself, but also toimplement your strategic plan for continued growthin the area of cultural and linguistic competence.Introduce the survey and the process at a staffmeeting to provide staff with an opportunity to askquestions.
