10.5.16. Bachelors Prayer meetings shall be entitled for an amount of maximum KD75/= yearly towards the rent and snacks. (G.B. Decision 16/12/’08).10.5.17. The Vicar shall sign on all the Payment vouchers and new Payment vouchersshall be printed with the space for the same. (G.B. Decision 24/11/’09).10.6. Audit of Accounts10.6.1. Accounts of the Parish shall be audited for each quarter of the financial yearby the Auditors appointed by the General body for the purpose. The auditedaccounts should be discussed and adopted by the Managing Committee inwhich the Hon. Auditors also will be present. (G.B. Decision 3/06/’03).10.6.2. The audited financial statements for the half year and the full year shall bepresented to the Half Yearly and Annual General Body meetings respectively.10.6.3. The spiritual organisations receiving grants from the parish budget shallmaintain their financial accounts according to the parish financial year – ieApril 1 st to 31 st March (G.B. Decision 23/06/’09)10.6.4. The spiritual organisations receiving grants from the parish budget shall audittheir accounts by the parish auditors. Allotted grant for Sunday School KD3500/=, MGOCSM KD 500/=, OVBS KD 2800/= (G.B. Decision 06/07/’10),Martha Mariam Samajam KD 500/= (G.B. Decision 21/06/’11); OrthodoxChristian Youth Movement (OCYM) KD 750/= (G.B. Decision 21/06/’11);Anti Alcoholism Movement KD 500/= (G.B. Decision 21/06/’11).10.7. Part time Accountant10.7.1. A part time accountant shall be engaged, if the Hon. Treasurer requires suchan assistance, with a maximum remuneration of KD 100/= monthly. (G.B.Decision 31/05/’05)11. GENERAL BODY MEETINGS11.1. Half Yearly General Body11.1.1. The treasurer shall prepare the half yearly financial statements, discuss in theManaging Committee and shall present the audited account in the half yearlyGeneral Body. Budget adjustments if any can be demanded by the ManagingCommittee.11.2. Annual General Body11.2.1. The audited financial statements for the previous year and the budget for thecurrent year shall be presented to the Annual General Body.
