Extended Coverage Terms and Conditions1. Extended Protection Product Registration Form must be completed and returned within 30 days of start-up.2. The equipment must be properly installed in accordance with Chicago Pneumatic Installation Proposal and Instruction Manuals.3. Only genuine spare parts and lubricants may be used in the equipment.4. The equipment must be maintained in accordance with the published Chicago Pneumatic service schedules for the duration of the ExtendedProtection period.5. The customer must participate in the Oil Analysis Program and submit an oil sample for oil analysis a minimum of once per year or every4,000 hours.6. The customer must keep records of all spare parts purchases, scheduled maintenance and oil analysis. The following records will berequired for any claim within the specified Extended Protection period:• Copy of the respective Extended Protection Product Registration Form• Copies of all maintenance records for the equipment• Proof of purchase of genuine spare parts and lubricants• Copies of all oil analysis reportsWarranty LimitationsFor Chicago Pneumatic equipment eligible for and replaced under the agreed warranty the replacement component warrantee period isequal to that remaining on the item replaced.Should any failure to conform with this warranty appear prior to or after shipment of the Product to the customer during the specifiedperiods under normal and proper use and provided the Product has been properly stored, installed, and maintained by the customer,Chicago Pneumatic shall, if given prompt notice by the authorized selling agent, repair or replace, F.O.B. Chicago PneumaticWarehouse, the non-conforming Product or authorize repair or replacement by the Service Provider. Replaced Products and partsbecome the property of Chicago Pneumatic.Warranty ScopeThe Chicago Pneumatic warranty does not extend to Products not manufactured by Chicago Pneumatic or affiliates. As to suchProducts, the selling agent shall be entitled to proceed only upon the terms of that particular manufacturer’s warranty. The ChicagoPneumatic warranty does not apply to defects in material provided by the selling agent or to design stipulated by the selling agent.Any services performed by Chicago Pneumatic in connection with the sale, installation, servicing or repair of a Product are warrantedto be performed in a workmanlike manner.
