The bus network in <strong>Lithuania</strong> connects<br />

all major regions and towns. Express<br />

coaches usually go directly to the final<br />

destination and are faster than ordinary<br />

coaches. Tickets are available from the<br />

ticket office in the bus station before departure,<br />

or directly from the bus driver<br />

TAXI<br />

Hail a taxi on the street or find one at a<br />

designated standing area featuring the special<br />

Taksi sign. Prices vary from 0.70Lt/km<br />

to 1.50Lt/km. Tourists are advised to ask<br />

about the rate before their journey. Avoid<br />

cars without the Taksi sign.<br />
