Governor Massachusetts graciously extended, up to and including 2015, inMassachusetts.The Planning Board continues to perform its duties in accordance with the General Laws<strong>of</strong> the Commonwealth <strong>of</strong> Massachusetts, <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Shirley</strong> Bylaws, <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Shirley</strong>Protective Zoning Bylaw, and <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Shirley</strong> Planning Board Subdivision Rules andRegulations. Additionally, the Planning Board reviewed, commented, and/or maderecommendations for applications submitted to other <strong>Town</strong> departments.Further, the Planning Board’s goals include:• Assisting with the Open Space & Recreation Plan and is carrying through to FY2013;• Addressing the Master Plan’s update; and• Reviewing the Subdivision Rules and Regulations.The Zoning By-Law Review Committee members for the past Fiscal Year were WardBaxter, Armand Deveau, Richard Hatch, Lisa Marino, John Rounds, and Jim Thibeault.All members’ terms expire on 6/30/12.The Planning Board graciously extends thanks to all other <strong>Town</strong> departments for theirreviews, comments, and recommendations for applications submitted directly to thePlanning Board.Respectfully Submitted,February 26, 2013Jonathan W.
