Article 15.Renew Limited Additional Property Tax Exemption for Qualified PersonsDavid Swain moved that the <strong>Town</strong> vote to accept the provisions <strong>of</strong> Chapter 73, Section 4, <strong>of</strong> theActs <strong>of</strong> 1986, as amended by Chapter 126 <strong>of</strong> the Acts <strong>of</strong> 1988, to allow an additional property taxexemption, which shall be uniform for all exemptions, but not to exceed more than a 100%additional property tax exemption, for Fiscal Year 2013, for those who qualify (persons who areblind, infirm, orphaned, over 70 years <strong>of</strong> age, widowed, certain veterans with a service-connecteddisability, etc.) under Chapter 59, Section 5, <strong>of</strong> the Massachusetts General Laws.
