Tenderers are expected to examine carefully andcomply with all instructions, forms, contract provisions and specifications contained in this tenderdossier. Failure to submit a tender containing all the required information and documentation withinthe deadline specified will lead to the rejection of the tender. No account can be taken of anyreservation in the tender as regards the tender dossier; any reservation may result in the immediaterejection of the tender without further evaluation.These Instructions set out the rules for the submission, selection and implementation of contractsfinanced under this call for tenders, in conformity with the provisions of the Practical Guide tocontract procedures for EU external actions, which is applicable to the present call (available on theInternet at this address:http://ec.europa.eu/europeaid/work/procedures/index_en.htm).1 Supplies to be provided1.1 The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of “Security Miscellaneous Equipment” by theContractor at EULEX Kosovo, Pristina, DAP (delivery at place), along with the performance ofsome ancillary services such services, maintenance and installation, (see Annex II and III of theTender Dossier for the relevant description of items and ancillary services) The delivery period i.e. 45(forty five) days for Lot 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 and 60 (sixty) days for Lot 3 shall run from the date ofsignature of the contract by both parties, for the lots below:Lot 1Lot 2Lot 3Lot 4Lot 5Lot 6Lot 7Health and Safety SignageSecurity Reference BooksFire Hydrants24 hour Ration PacksEUCI Compliant Class 2 storage safesRotary Equipment Measures & EquipmentWeapons & Firearms Lockers1.2 The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier(technical annex) and conform in all respects with the drawings, quantities, models, samples,measurements and other instructions.1.3 Tenderers are not authorised to tender for a variant in addition to the present tender.
