Following many requests from our clients we have now been able to introduce a tour based in
Sidmouth. Beautiful gardens and leisurely walks, regency history and fine hotels, clean beaches and
friendly shops.... it’s all here in this lovely seaside town that nestles beneath majestic red cliffs and the
green hills of the glorious Sid Valley. Its time warp ambience is the perfect prescription to relax and
browse, be it a seafront stroll or a bracing walk on Peak Hill to wonder at the magnificent panorama of sea
and coast with Sidmouth spread below. For the less energetic there is many a gentler stroll around town,
park and garden and along the seafront linked by a walkway to the western beach at Jacob’s Ladder.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1: We depart during the morning and travel south
via the motorways before arriving at our hotel for 3 or 4
nights dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation
Day 2: Morning free in this delightful resort. We spend
the afternoon in the historic cathedral city of Exeter, the
Capital of Devon.
Day 3: Full day excursion along the Devonshire coast,
orquay is often called ‘The Queen of the English
TRiviera’ with a style of its own, and has an
international flavour as distinct as Cannes. The palm
trees and other exotic tropical plants and flowers, the
busy harbour and rolling green countryside give
Torquay a special atmosphere. Torquay has its own
shopping centre, with first class stores. The many
beaches stretch along both sides of the town and the
Promenade takes you on to the most famous, Torre
Abbey sands. With theatres and lively shows there is
something for everyone in Torquay.
YOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1: We depart during the morning and travel south

dinner bed & Breakfast.
Day 2: Free Day in Torquay
Day 3: Full day tour to Totnes & Dartmouth. The ancient
borough of Totnes enjoys a prominent position above the
River dart. The town is one of Devon’s gems; full of both
colour and character, that stems from a rich cultural,
historically and archaeological heritage. The town is an
architectural feast to those interested in historic buildings
– with fine examples of properties dating back to
Norman, Medieval and Tudor times. Browse amongst the

lounges where guests may relax, read, enjoy

with its beautiful Toile panels is a quiet haven

Day 4: (4 Day Tour) Sadly we say farewell to the Royal
York & Faulkner Hotel and begin our journey home.

Day 4: Full day drive takes us along the Devon coastline
to the ancient cathedral city of Exeter. Here you can stroll
around the delightful cathedral, explore the city centre
shops or visit the waterfront. Our journey continues to
