And while the life of natureis fading slowly away during the autumn, the stone remainsas the only constant.And exactly the stone is the very foundation of the restaurant“Monte“ in Rovinj, settled under the St. EuphemiaChurch, on the highest top of the Istrian connoisseur’scapital. Fortunately, on your way to the Rovinj “Monte“you will not get weary or get callosities. There is only onerule in effect for all guests equally, independently of theirstatus. Nevertheless you were a president, celebrity orjust another anonymous guest looking for tasty attrac-tions, it is only one thing for sure - you’ll have to come tothe “Monte“ by foot.But do not fret; there will be no toil even for those whoare absolutely addicted to the comfort of their cars aswell as for ladies so shamelessly fond of high heels.
