Power/Supplies RequiredTo operate the <strong>LTV</strong> ® <strong>1200</strong> ventilator, you will need the following:• Power source: Pulmonetic Systems P/N 10537, 11537, or 18053-001, 110V or 220VAC power source, or 11V to 15V DC power source. This may be anexternal battery or a DC power system 7 .• For enriched FIO 2 : High-pressure oxygen source providing between 40 PSIG and 80PSIG, or Low-flow, low-pressure oxygen source providing less than10 PSIG.WARNINGUntrained Personnel – Only properly trained personnel should operate the ventilator. The <strong>LTV</strong> ®<strong>1200</strong> ventilator is a restricted medical device designed for use by Respiratory Therapists or otherproperly trained and qualified personnel under the direction of a physician and in accordance withapplicable state laws and regulations.Patient Monitoring - Patients who are dependent on a ventilator should be constantly monitored byqualified personnel. Such personnel should be prepared to address equipment malfunctions andcircumstances where equipment becomes inoperative. An alternative method of ventilation should beavailable for all patients dependent on the ventilator, and qualified personnel should be fully familiarwith emergency ventilation procedures.AVERTISSEMENTPersonnel non qualifié - Seul le personnel qualifié doit opérer le ventilateur.
