It helps you to compare the effective rates of creditinterest on different accounts.Annual Percentage Rate (APR)To help you make a meaningful comparison between thedifferent interest rates on loans and other credit facilities,all lenders are obliged by law to use a standard method ofcalculating and displaying “APR”.
