The studentsfrom International University were the opponents to the ideas. The committee members of thedebate included Mr. Pen Saroeun, the Director of School Health Department of Ministry ofEducation, Youth and Sports, Dr. Chong Vannara, UNFPA, Dr. Var Chivorn, AssociateExecutive Director of RHAC, and Dr. Sin Somuny, Executive Director, MEDiCAM. The debatewas moderated by Ms. Norng Touk, a TVK moderator.
