SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CALLED BY THE MAYOR S. LESTER RALPH
FOR ANY AND ALL BUSINESS THAT MIGHT
REGULARLY COME BEFORE THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16, 1976 at 3 P.M.
The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and
called the roll:
Present: Aldermen Peter G. Piro, Joseph A. Guidi,
Vincent P» Ciampa, Charles J. Chisholm,
Salvatore R. Albano, Michael D. McKenna,
William J, Joyce and President Andrew R.
Puglia,
The President declared a quorum present and
called the meeting to order. Under suspension of
the rules, the minutes of the preceeding meeting
were not read, but were approved and accepted as
printed.
Later during the course of the meeting Aldermen
John K. Holmes appeared.
The following COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR were
received and presented to the members for such appro-
priate action as in the judgment of the members were
deemed necessary:
Requesting approval for the transfer of $5,000.00
from On-Street Parking Meter Receipts Account
to the Department of Public Works Electric
Lines and Lights Division Parking Meters Ordinary
Maintenance Account,
Requesting approval for transfer of $£,000.00 from
Non Contributory Annuity Account Ordinary Maintenance
to the Veterans Services Ordinary Maintenance
