ALDERMANIC CHAMBERS CITY OF SOMERVILLE REGULAR MEETING of the BOARD OF ALDERMEN FEBRUARY 26, 1976 at S P.M. The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and called the roll: Present: Aldermen Peter G. Piro, Joseph A» Guidi, Francis P. Bakey, Vincent P* Ciampa, Charles J. Chisholm, John K* Holmes, Salvatore R. Albano, Michael D. McKenna, William J. Joyce, Vice President Eugene C. Brune, and President Andrew R.
