CALLED BY THE MAYOR S. LESTER RALPH
FOR ANY AND ALL BUSINESS THAT MIGHT
REGULARLY COME BEFORE THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
MDNDAY, MARCH 29, 1976 at 8:30 P.M.
The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and
called the roll:
Present: Aldermen Peter G. Piro, Joseph A. Guidi,
Francis P. Bakey, Vincent P. Ciampa,
Charles J. Chisholm, John K. Holmes,
MLchael D. McKenna, William J. Joyce,
and Vice President Eugene C. Brune,
Later during the course of the meeting Aldermen
Salvatore R. Albano appeared.
The Vice President declared a quorum present
and called the meeting to order. Under suspension
of the rules, the minutes of the preceeding meeting
were not read, but were approved and accepted as
printed.
The following COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR was
received and presented to the members for such appro-
priate action as in the judgment of the members was
deemed necessary:
Re: proposed legislation enabling City to enact a
a Rent control Ordinance,
The following PETITIONS, MEMDRIALS AND REI-DN-

for such appropriate action as in the judgment of
