FOR ANY AND ALL BUSINESS THAT MIGHT<br />

REGULARLY COME BEFORE THE <strong>BOARD</strong> <strong>OF</strong> <strong>ALDERMEN</strong><br />

MDNDAY, MARCH 29, <strong>1976</strong> at 8:30 P.M.<br />

The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and<br />

called the roll:<br />

Present: Aldermen Peter G. Piro, Joseph A. Guidi,<br />

Francis P. Bakey, Vincent P. Ciampa,<br />

Charles J. Chisholm, John K. Holmes,<br />

MLchael D. McKenna, William J. Joyce,<br />

and Vice President Eugene C. Brune,<br />

Later during the course of the meeting Aldermen<br />

Salvatore R. Albano appeared.<br />

The Vice President declared a quorum present<br />

and called the meeting to order. Under suspension<br />

of the rules, the minutes of the preceeding meeting<br />

were not read, but were approved and accepted as<br />

printed.<br />

The following COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR was<br />

received and presented to the members for such appro-<br />

priate action as in the judgment of the members was<br />

deemed necessary:<br />

Re: proposed legislation enabling City to enact a<br />

a Rent control Ordinance,<br />

The following PETITIONS, MEMDRIALS AND REI-DN-<br />

STRAWCES were received and presented to the members<br />

for such appropriate action as in the judgment of<br />

the members was deemed necessary:<br />
