The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and
called the roll:

C, Brune and President Andrew R. Puglia,
The President declared a quorum present and
called the meeting to order* Under suspension of
the rules, the minutes of the preceeding meeting
were not read, but were approved and accepted as
printed.
