was enumerated as follows:
Order-Request the appropriation in the sum of
$22,661.49 to pay the salaries of three Parking
Meter Supervisors who would assume this
position effective August 1, 1976,
Having contemplated the action requested by the
communication of the Mayor, the members took the fol-
lowing action:
