M3NDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1976 at 3:00 P.M.
The Clerk read the notice of the meeting and
:called the roll:
Present: Aldermen Peter G, Piro, Francis P* Bakey,
Vincent P, Ciampa, Charles J. Chisholm,
Salvatore R. Albano, Michael D. McKenna,
William J. Joyce and President Andrew
R. Puglia,
The President declared a quorum present and
called the meeting to order. Under suspension of
the rules, the minutes of the preceeding meeting
were not read, but were approved and accepted as
printed.
Later during the course of the meeting Aldermen
Joseph A. Guidi and John K« Holmes appeared.
The following COMMUNICATION FROM THE MAYOR were
received and presented to the members for such appro-
priate action as in the judgment of the members was
deemed necessary:
Requesting approval for transfer of $3,000.00 from
the Police Department Personal Services Account
to the Police Department Ordinary Maintenance
Account,
Appointing subject to confirmation of the Board of
Aldermen, Robert A. Martell, 9 Prichard Avenue,
as Special Police Officer in the City,
