Disconnect the couplers for the thermo switch and<br />
fan motor.<br />
Remove engine coolant inlet pipe, reserve tank<br />
inlet pipe and radiator inlet pipe.<br />
Remove reserve tank coolant inlet pipe.<br />
Remove the radiator and the cooling fun.<br />
Loosen the cooling fun mounting bolts (3 bolts).<br />
Remove thermo switch.<br />
Installation<br />
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of<br />
removal.<br />
Install radiator in the reverse order of removal.<br />
Upon completion, check for any leakage.<br />
Caution<br />
� Liquid packing must be applied to the thermo<br />
switch before installing to avoid damaging the<br />
radiator.<br />
