17. Electrical System<br />
Replacement headlight bulbs<br />
Remove wind screen garnish, wind screen, meter<br />
visor, front cover.<br />
(Refer chapter 13)<br />
Disconnect the rubber sleeve and the terminal<br />
coupler from the headlight.<br />
Loosen 1 screw from the headlight bulb setting<br />
stay.<br />
Remove setting stay and take out the headlight<br />
bulb.<br />
Replace with new bulb if necessary.<br />
Specification:<br />
Lo-beam bulb 12V 55W (H7)<br />
Hi-beam bulb 12V 55W (H7)<br />

Caution<br />
� Never touch the bulb with finger, which will<br />
create a heat point.<br />
� Clean the fingerprint left on the bulb with<br />
alcohol.<br />
Installation<br />
Install the bulb of the headlight in reverse order of<br />
removal.<br />
Upon completion of replacement, turn on the main<br />
switch to ensure the headlight works well.<br />
Adjust the beam and distance of the headlight if<br />
necessary.<br />
