Inspection<br />
Wheel axle<br />
Place the wheel axle on a V block, measure its run<br />
out.<br />
Service limit: 0.2 mm<br />
Bearing<br />
Use finger to move the inner ring of each bearing,<br />
it shall move smoothly and quietly. Check the<br />
outer ring is securely attached on the wheel hub.<br />
If the motion of the inner ring of the bearing is not<br />
smooth, or noisy and loose when being moved,<br />
remove and discard it.<br />
Caution<br />
� The bearing shall be replaced in pair.<br />
Wheel<br />
Place the wheel on to a rotation seat to check its<br />
rim wobbling.<br />
Turn the wheel with hand and measure its rim<br />
wobbling value with a dial gauge.<br />
Service limit:<br />
Radial: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)<br />
Axial: 2.0 mm (0.08 in)<br />
Disassembly<br />
Remove brake disk (5 bolts).<br />
Remove dust seal, bearing and dist collar from left<br />
side.<br />
Remove dust seal and bearing from right side.<br />
Special tools:<br />
Inner bearing puller SYM-6204020<br />
