<strong>All</strong> <strong>proposals</strong> <strong>submitted</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>response</strong> <strong>to</strong> <strong>this</strong> <strong>Request</strong><strong>shall</strong> <strong>be</strong> irrevocable for a period ofOne Hundred Twenty (120) days after the Proposaldue date and may not <strong>be</strong> withdrawn by the Vendordur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>this</strong> period. After such time has elapsed, theVendor may withdraw the proposal if it has not <strong>be</strong>enselected prior <strong>to</strong> the request <strong>to</strong> withdraw.
