West Chicago, IL, Saturday, August 25th,<br />

8:30 am, guided tour, no cost<br />

• Group trip to the Trudi Temple Farm<br />

in Marengo, IL, Saturday, September<br />

8th, 8:45 am, guided farm tour, pot luck<br />

lunch, $15.00 per Adult / $6.00 per Child<br />

Th e Roselle Garden Club is an organization committed to off ering area gardeners the<br />

opportunity to gain knowledge and to share their expertise regarding the cultivation of<br />

garden and landscape designs. Members strive to beautify their environment and encourage<br />

an appreciation in the natural world by working with other community groups.<br />

Meetings are held the fi rst Th ursday of every month at the Scout Lodge. A business meeting<br />

is conducted from 6:30 – 7:00 pm followed by a speaker or activity meeting. All are welcome<br />

to attend the business meeting to learn more about the group.<br />

Annual membership is from May 1st to April 30th and is $25.00.<br />

For more information or to join the club, please go to the Park District front desk and they<br />

will get you the information. Please note that due to activities, some meetings are held at<br />

alternate locations. Meetings are not held in the months of July and August.<br />

Please contact the Roselle Park District to get in touch with the Garden Club if you wish to<br />

attend a specifi c meeting.<br />

presented by Dave Brooks at Spring Valley Nature Center<br />

June 7th, 6:00 pm, $5.00 in advance/$6.00 day of.<br />
