cannot be ‘penciled in’ or held before complete<br />
request is made and/or full payment of<br />
rental fees is received. Reservations are<br />
completed/processed on a fi rst-come, fi rstserve<br />
basis. It is best to plan and reserve<br />
facilities as early as possible for increased<br />
availability options.<br />
RESCHEDULING A RENTAL<br />

Original facility rental date can be rescheduled<br />
(pending facility availability) for a $10<br />
fee. Rescheduling facility rental dates is at<br />
the discretion of the Facility Supervisor and<br />
will be performed on a case-by-case basis.<br />
