FACILITIES Dog Park ROSELLE PARK DISTRICT DOG PARK AT ODLUM PARK | CORPORATE RENTALS | (P) 630.894.4200 Dog Park at Odlum Park (KK) Bring your dogs to get off leash, play, and socialize with other dogs. An annual Pooch Permit allows you and your canine companion to enjoy Roselle’s very own dog park! At the time of registration, participants will receive a copy of the rules, membership ip card, lanyard and security key to access the park. Th e membership card, key and lanyard must be with owner at all times. Th e annual membership fee is $25 per resident dog and $40 per non-resident dog. In order to register, individuals must bring a copy of each dog’s immunization records (Rabies - certifi cate from the county, nty, Distemper, Parovirus, and Bordetella) to the Park District. FACILITIES ROSELLE PARK DISTRICT THE ROSELLE MIRACLE FIELD | SKATE PARK | (P) 630.894.4200 Skate Park THIS FACILITY IS UNSUPERVISED. SKATE AND BIKE RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK. • Skateboarding, In-Line Skating and BMX Bike-riding are high risk activities. Please use caution. • Th e park district is NOT responsible for injuries • Proper protective equipment is required which includes: helmets, elbow pads, knee pads, etc. • Skaters are responsible for inspecting and reporting any damage and vandalism to the park district at 630/894-4200 • It is required that younger skaters be accompanied by an adult PROHIBITED ACTS • Include but are not limited to: • Only bicycles, skateboards/scooters, or rollerblades are allowed in designated areas. No bikes are allowed on the skate area and no skates are allowed on the bike area. • Users should use pathways to enter/exit designated areas • NO food, drinks, or glass on skate/bike operating surfaces • NO Littering, breaking glass, and distributing/affi xing fl iers, stickers, etc. on park property • Destruction and misuse of property or structures, including graffi ti marking, damaging equipment, defacing signage, and using equipment contrary to designed/intended use • NO trespassing after sunset • Smoking or any use of a tobacco product is prohibited in all Park District buildings, facilities and vehicles Hours: 10:00 am - Sunset (weather permitting) ENFORCEMENT Th e Roselle Police Department is authorized to arrest and/or ticket any persons found to be violating any ordinance or rule of the Roselle Park District, the Village of Roselle, or law of the State of Illinois. PENALTIES • Fines of $25 to $500. • Confi scation of the bicycle, skateboard/scooter, or rollerblades • Being banned from park district property, facilities, and programs SATURDAY, AUGUST 11 SKATE PARK The Roselle Miracle Field Roselle Park District | 555 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Roselle, Illinois 60172 | (F) 630.894.5610 Th e fi eld is the fi rst of its kind in the Roselle area, although over one hundred Miracle League fi elds already exist across the country and about one hundred more are under construction. Miracle Fields are made from a weather-resistant synthetic turf Called “Mondo” and are designed specifi cally for wheelchair bound and/or physically disabled children and adults. Th e ball fi eld and dugout areas are fenced in so the players and activity stay in the designated area for safe play. Th e base path distance is 45’ the distance from the mound to home plate is 32.75’ and the distance for a home-run straight away center fi eld is 117’. Th e district allows residents to use thefi eld for free; however the district does have organizations that have priority use to the fi elds as a permit is required. Location: Parkside Park, 304 E.
