ČLANOVI BERZE IORGANI UPRAVLJANJAČlanovi berze<strong>Beogradska</strong> ber<strong>za</strong> ima 73 člana, od kojih: 48je ovlašćeno <strong>za</strong> obavljanje brokerskih i dilerskihposlova, 15 <strong>za</strong> brokerske poslove i 10 banaka <strong>za</strong>brokersko i dilerske poslove.Skupština BerzeSkupštinu Beogradske berze čine predstavniciakcionara Berze. Na dan 31. decembar <strong>2005.</strong> godine<strong>Beogradska</strong> ber<strong>za</strong> je imala 48 akcionara: tridesetbanaka, sedam brokersko dilerskih društava, sedampreduzeća, dva osiguravajuća društva, Državna<strong>za</strong>jednica Srbije i Crne Gore i Republika Srbija.Upravni odborSkupština Berze bira Upravni odbor, koji ima 15članova, od kojih je: 9 članova iz reda akcionara,5 članova Berze, organa, organi<strong>za</strong>cija i institucijaod značaja <strong>za</strong> razvoj ber<strong>za</strong>nskog poslovanja, kao i<strong>za</strong>poslenih Berze, a petnaesti član Upravnog odboraje Direktor Berze. Chairman of the Board of Directors isProf. Dr Veroljub Dugalić.The Supervisory BoardThe Exchange Assembly elects the president andfour members of the Exchange Supervisory Boardamong the Exchange shareholders.
