II. ARRIVAL FLIGHT - TRANSIT FLIGHT:
1. ARRIVAL FLIGHT:
+ Receiving and processing all the information of passengers and luggage.
+ Preparing for working instruments and other necessary facilities.
+ Implement the welcome process for passengers from the aircraft to the terminal.
+ Doing Special Service for passengers who need assistance
+ Return luggage to passengers.
2. TRANSIT FLIGHT:
+ Receiving and processing all the information of passengers and luggage.
+ Preparing for working instruments and other necessary facilities.
+ Implementing the welcome process for passengers from the aircraft to the terminal.
+ Implementing transit procedures and giving direction for passengers to the domestic
terminal or to continue other international flight.
+ Doing Special Service for passengers who need assistance
III. LOST AND FOUND AND HANDLING OF EXTRAORDINARY BAGGAGE
CIRCUMSTANCES
+ Receiving and processing all the extraordinary baggage information and massages of
passengers.
+ Receiving extraordinary luggage circumstances such as: lost or damaged by wear, tear
off...
+ Implementing the searching process by world tracer system
+ Return luggage at the airport or take the address of the passenger.
B. NATURE OF WORK
- Employees are frequently exposed to many passengers in domestic and international
terminals as well as other working department at the airport.
- Always working under high pressure to ensure flights are on time.
