The density of wells, horizontal collectors, surface collectors, or other gasextraction devices determined using the procedures specified in 40 CFR§60.759(a)(l).Records ofthis data from subsequent tests or monitoring shall be maintained for aminimum of five years. Records of the contt'ol device vendor specifications shallbe maintained until removal of the control device. [40 CFR §60.758(b)(l)]II.G.3 When seeking to demonstrate compliance with 40 CFR §60.752(b)(2)(iii)(A)tluough use of the open flare, the permittee shall maintain up-to-date, readilyaccessible records of the following:a. the flare type (i.e., steam-assisted, air-assisted, or nonassisted), all visibleemission readings, heat content determination, flow rate or bypass flowrate measurements, and exit velocity determinations made during theperformance test as specified in 40 CFR §60.18; andb. continuous records of the flare pilot flame or flare flame monitoring andrecords of all periods of operations during which the pilot name of theflare name is absent.Records of this data from subsequent tests or monitoring shall be maintained for aminimum of five yem·s. Records of the control device vendor specifications shallbe maintained until removal of the control device. [40 CFR §60.758(b)(4); and40 CFR §60.758(c)(4)]Il.GA The <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall keep for 5 years up-to-date, readily accessible continuousrecords of the equipment operating pm'ameters specified to be monitored in 40CFR §60.756. [40 CFR §60.758(c)]II.G.5 The <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall keep for the life of the collection system an up-to-date, readilyaccessible plot map showing each existing and planned collector in the system. and providing a unique identification location label for each collector. [40 CFR§60.758(d)]a. The <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall keep up-to-date, readily accessible records of theinstallation date and location of all newly installed collectors as specifiedunder 40 CFR §60.755(b).b. The <strong>Permit</strong>tee shall keep readily accessible documentation of the nature, dateof deposition, amount, and location of asbestos-containing or nondegradablewaste excluded from collection as provided in 40 CFR §60.759(a)(3)(i) as14 of 39
