Blanket Compliance StatementThe permittee shall comply with all the terms and conditions of this permit. Any permitnoncompliance constitutes a violation of the GAPCSR and, for all federally enforceable termsand conditions, the CAA, and is grounds for enforcement action, permit termination, suspension,reopening, or amendment, or for denial of a permit renewal application. <strong>Permit</strong> noncomplianceshall be subject to the penalties and remedies provided for in Section 49116 of Chapter 49, Part2, Division 2, Part 1 of Title 10 of the GCA. Duty to Provide and Supplement InformationThe permittee shall furnish, in a timely manner, any information or record requested in writingby GEPA to determine whether cause exists for terminating, suspending, reopening, or amendingthe permit, or to determine compliance with the permit. Upon request, the permittee shall alsofurnish to GEPA copies of records required to be kept by the permit. For information claimedconfidential, the permittee shall fmnish such records to GEPA with a claim of confidentiality.[GAPCSR, Section I 104. 12(9)(H)]IV.e. SnbmissionsAny document (including rep011s, compliance plans and compliance certifications) required to besubmitted by this permit shall be certified by a responsible official.
