[40 CPR §71.6(a)(3)]III.B.5 Compliance with the NMOC standard listed in Condition IlBA of this permitshall be determined in accordance with performance tests established by 40 CPR60.8. [40 CFR §60.11(a)]III.B.6 Only regular operating staff may adjust the processes or emission contt'ol deviceparameters during a compliance source test. No adjustments are to be madewithin two (2) hours of the start of the tests. Any operating adjustments madeduring a source test, that are a result of consultation during the tests with sourcetesting personnel, equipment vendors, or consultants, may render the source testinvalid. [40 CFR §71.6(a)(3)]III.B.7 During each test run and for two (2) hours prior to the test and two (2) hours afterthe completion of the test, the permittee shall record the following information[40 CPR §71.6(a)(3)]:a. Fuel characteristics and/or amount ofproduct processed (if applicable).b. Visible emissions.c. All parametric data which is required to be monitored in Section IT for theemission unit being tested.d. Other source specific data identified in Section IT such as minimum testlength (e.g., one hour, 8 hours, 24 hours, etc.), minimum sample volume,other operating conditions to be monitored, correction of O 2 , etc.III.B.8 Each source test shall consist of at least three (3) valid test runs and the emissionsresults shall be repOlted as the arithmetic average of all valid test runs and in the200f39
