3.2.2 Quick View with the Web GUI
The Web GUI is an user interface that allows you to monitor the file transfer information that is stored in the database.
To the Application Manager it offers the possibility to monitor the transfer information for each mandator
separately. In detail the transfer information can be filtered by mandator, file name, error state (success/error),
transfer operation (send, receive), transfer protocol, source and target host and by time interval.
Figure 7: A browser window showing the Web GUI
If the checkbox “only last state” is checked then the listing is constrained to show only the last transaction
of a file. A file is defined as the combination of source path and file name, i.e. the sources “sample1/a.xml”
and “sample2/a.xml” are two different files.
If the checkbox “only last state” is not checked for a file then all transfers in the given time interval are
listed.
If the checkbox “Refresh interval (all 60 s)“ is checked then the view is refreshed automatically every
minute. You can refresh the view manually by hitting the “search” button.
