projectsAlbania ATC ProjectTakes-offThis project is a successful follow-on to STEE-InfoSoft’s deliveryof a similar system in 2005 to another airport in the Middle EastST Electronics (Info-SoftwareSystems) [STEE-InfoSoft] has suppliedan Air Traffic Control (ATC)Integrated Tower System andRadio Navigation Aids to ZayedInternational Airport in Kukes,Albania.As part of the project requirements,STEE-InfoSoft engineersperformed detailed site surveys,designed the system and installedthe ATC equipment at the newcontrol tower and runway. Theairport at Kukes is considereda very challenging site locatednear Mount Korab, the highestmountain in Albania at 2,764mabove sea level.The Integrated Tower System is a‘system of systems’ consisting ofITALYLocation MapALBANIAThis project is a successful followonto STEE-InfoSoft’s delivery of asimilar system in 2005 for anotherairport in the Middle East.
