Meadows, determined this meeting was properly noticed with theSecretary of State’s office and a sufficient number of the legislative committee members were in attendance to constitutea quorum. The quorum was determined by the presence of Drs. Meadows, Gilbert, Skaff, and Thorne. Therefore, themeeting of the West Virginia Board of Dental Examiners Subcommittee on Anesthesia, Legislative Committee, was calledto order.The first order of business was the meeting notice to the Secretary of State’s Office which was distributed forinformation purposes only.The next order of business was discussion and brain storming session concerning possible changes to theanesthesia law to make clarifications and update current standards of care for protection of the public.
