This year for thefirst time <strong>Copperfield</strong> at all year levels will be participating in chessinterschool competitions. Last year a small team from Delahey campusentered a competition in Term 4 to familiarise themselves with thetournament format. This year they will be teaching other students howto play competition chess. Chess captains for <strong>2012</strong> are Nur RaudhaRozali and Stephanie Dimopoulos and they will be leading the team toone competition per term and perhaps even the finals! All students arewelcome to play, beginners to advanced. The first tournament is onThursday March 15 at Brighton Grammar. Further information will becoming to all campuses.
