28Programsbasic character Program OverviewThe object of this course is to teach the student how to think quickly of their feet and to problem solve complexmakeup requests. Students will learn many of the basic out-of-the kit makeup effects techniques that arecommonly requested by various types of clients. This class will build upon the knowledge gained from the Fashionand Glamour Makeup course.<strong>Empire</strong> maintains the following maximum Student-Teaching Ratios: Theory - 30:1; Skill Development - 20:1(Approved for the training of veterans by the NYS Education Department)
