Dividends (cont’d.)At the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), a fi rst and fi nal dividend in respect of the fi nancial year ended 31 December 2009 of 4sen gross dividend per share, less 25% taxation on 218,881,402 ordinary shares, amounting to RM6,566,442 and 9 sen dividend per share,tax exempt under the single-tier system on 218,881,402 ordinary shares, amounting to RM19,699,326 will be proposed for shareholders’approval.
