Vybrané výsledky výzkumné činnosti odboru v roce 2011/Selected results of division research activity in 2011Výzkum vhodných odrůd a nového způsobu zpracováníolejného lnu pro nepotravinářské a energetickévyužitíV rámci řešení projektu NAZV č. QI92A143 bylyv lokalitě Lukavec byly založeny pokusy s odrůdamiolejného lnu, které jsou domácí a zahraniční provenience.Bylo zkoušeno 5 odrůd olejného lnu (1 domácí -Amon, a 4 evropské – Recital, Flanders, Oural, Baikal).Předpolodinou pro olejný len byl na této lokalitě jarníječmen, setí bylo provedeno 20.4.2011, počátek vzcházeníbyl datován k 29.4.2011. Průběh vegetace probíhal bezproblémů, ale vzhledem k vyšší nadmořské výšce bylyporosty připraveny ke sklizni až v druhé polovině srpna.Nejvyšší výnos semene přepočtený na 12 % vlhkost bylzjištěn u odrůdy Oural (1,650 t.ha -1 ) a nejnižší u odrůdyFlanders (0,862 t.ha -1 ). Průměrný výnos všech odrůdna této lokalitě činil 1,131 t.ha -1 . Výsevní norma přisetí činila 10 000 000 klíčivých semen a vyseta bylaosiva shodná s osivy v referenčních lokalitách. Přihodnocení počtu rostlin před sklizní bylo zjištěno, žeprůměrný počet vzešlých rostlin dosáhl 6 850 000, a toznamená, že úbytek činil podobně jako v předchozímroce cca 42%. Nejvyšší úbytek byl zjištěn u odrůdyBaikal (5,580 mil. rostlin) a nejnižší u odrůdy Amon(1,05 mil. rostlin). Nejvyšší výnos odsemeněnéhostonku byl zjištěn u odrůdy Amon (4,618 t.ha -1 ) anejnižší byl u odrůdy Baikal (2,603 t.ha -1 ). Celkováa technická délka byla nejkratší u odrůdy Ourala nejdelší u odrůdy Recital. Hodnocením počtutobolek bylo zjištěno, že nejvyšší počet tobolek bylzjištěn u odrůdy Recital a nejnižší u odrůdy Oural.Nejvyšší počet semen v tobolce byl zjištěn u odrůdyAmon a nejnižší u odrůdy Oural.Výsledky polních pokusů jsou ve spolupráci sfirmou Agritec, s.r.o. využity jako podklady pro vyhodnoceníekonomiky pěstování odrůd olejnýchlnů v různých klimatických podmínkách.Research of Suitable Varieties and New Methodof Linseed Processing for Non- Food and EnergyUtilizationWithin the solution of project NAZV No.QI92A143 there were established in locality Lukavecthe experiments with linseed varieties (Linumusitatissimum), which are both of domestic andforeign origin. There were tested 5 varieties of linseed(1 domestic variety - Amon, and 4 European varieties– Recital, Flanders, Oural, Baikal). The foregoingcrop for linseed in this locality was spring barley,the sowing was carried out on April 4, 2011, thebeginning of emergence in the field was on April 29,2011. The vegetation season was proceeding withoutproblems, but with regard to higher altitude abovesea level the stands were prepared for harvest notbefore the second half of August. The highest yield ofseeds recalculated to 12% moisture was determinedin case of Oural variety (1,650 t.ha -1 ) and the lowestat the variety of Flanders (0,862 t.ha -1 ). The averageyield of all varieties in this locality was 1,131 t.ha -1 .The sowing norm was 10 million of germinableseeds and there were sown the seeds consistent withthose in reference localities. During the evaluationof plant number before the harvest there wasascertained that average number of emerged plantsreached 6,850 million plants and it means, that thedecrease was, similarly as in the previous year, ca42%. The highest decrease was determined in caseof Baikal variety (5,580 million of plants) and thelowest at Amon variety (1,05 million of plants). Thehighest yield of seed-free stalk was ascertained incase of Amon variety (4,618 t.ha -1 ) and the lowestwas at Baikal variety (2,603 t.ha -1 ). The total andtechnical length were shortest at Oural varietyand the longest at Recital variety. By evaluation ofnumber of capsules was ascertained, that the highestnumber of capsules was at Recital variety and thelowest at Oural variety. The highest number of seedsin capsule was determined at Amon variety and thelowest at Oural variety.The results of field experiments are utilized in cooperationwith Agritec, Ltd. as background data foreconomic assessment of growing of linseed varietiesin different climatic conditions.64
