Vybrané výsledky výzkumné činnosti odboru v roce 2011/Selected results of division research activity in 2011Bilance dusíku při organickém a minerálním hnojenís využitím nových hodnot stanovených modernímianalytickými metodamiV roce 2011 byla provedena laboratorní měřeníkoncentrací amoniaku které vznikají po aplikacičistírenských kalů a chlévského hnoje z chovuskotu. Zkoumaný materiál byl umístěn ve čtyřechexperimentálních nádobách s regulovatelnýmprůtokem vzduchu nad sledovaným povrchem. Vnádobách 1 a 2 rovnoměrně rozprostřen chlévskýhnůj v dávce 0,739 kg a 0,370 kg, což odpovídá dávce330 kg N/ha respektive 165 kg N/ha a v nádobách 3a 4 čistírenské kaly v dávce 0,545 kg a 1,64 kg, cožodpovídá dávce 330 kg N/ha respektive 990 kg N/ha. Rychlost proudění vzduchu nad povrchem bylnastaven stejně jako při polních měřeních v letech2009 a 2010 na 0,06 m.s -1 .Pro měření koncentrací plynů byl opět použitplynový analyzátor INNOVA 1312 pracující na fotoakustickémprincipu, který byl doplněn přepínačemodběrových míst INNOVA 1309 pro zajištěnísimultánního měření koncentrací ze všech čtyř experimentálníchnádob. Naměřené průběhy koncentracíamoniaku jsou na obr. 1.Nitrogen Balance During the Organic and Mineral Fertilizationwith Utilization of New Values Defined by AdvancedAnalytic MethodsIn 2011 there have been carried out the laboratorymeasurements of ammonia concentrations, which ariseafter application of sewage sludges and farmyard manureoriginating from the beef breeding. The tested material wasplaced into four experimental vessels with controlled air flowabove monitored surface. In the vessels 1 and 2 there wasspread equally the farmyard manure in the rates of 0,739 kgand 0,370 kg, which correspond to the rates 330 kg N/ha and165 kg N/ha respectively and in the vessels 3 and 4 there werespread sewage sludges 3 a 4 in the rates 0,545 kg and 1,64 kg,which correspond to the rates 330 kg N/ha and 990 kg N/harespectively. The air flow velocity above the surface was setduring the field measurements equally as in the years 2009and 2010, it means 0,06 m.s -1 .For the measurement of gas concentrations there wasused again the gas analyzer unit INNOVA 1312 working onphotoacoustic principle supplemented by change-over switchof extraction spots INNOVA 1309 in order to ensure thesimultaneous measurement of concentrations from all fourexperimental vessels.
