CH.3 – 48]CIVIL AVIATIONMinister’sdecision.Revocation,suspension andvariation ofdocuments.Revocation,suspension andvariation ofpermits.6. <strong>The</strong> Minister may, if he thinks fit, provisionallyissue a decision to take action to enforce the regulationsthat have been contravened, including but not limited to —(a) re-examination for original certification basis orcompetence;(b) assess a monetary penalty for contravention ofthe requirements of a regulation or Schedule;(c) suspend or vary a document;(d) revoke, suspend or vary a permit; and(e) prevent flying.7. (1) <strong>The</strong> Minister may, if he thinks fit,provisionally suspend or vary any certificate, licence,approval, permission, exemption, authorizations or otherdocument issued, granted or having effect under these<strong>Regulations</strong>, pending inquiry into or consideration of thecase. <strong>The</strong> Minister may, on sufficient ground being shownto his satisfaction after due inquiry, revoke, suspend orvary any such certificate, licence, approval, permission,exemption, authorizations or other document.(2) <strong>The</strong> holder or any person having the possessionor custody of any certificate, licence, approval, permission,exemption or other document which has been revoked,suspended or varied under these <strong>Regulations</strong> shallsurrender it to the Minister within a reasonable time afterbeing required to do so by the Minister.(3) <strong>The</strong> breach of any condition subject to whichany certificate, licence, approval, permission, exemption orother document, other than a licence issued in respect of anaerodrome, has been granted or issued, or which has effectunder these <strong>Regulations</strong> shall, in the absence of provisionto the contrary in the document, render the documentinvalid during the continuance of the breach.(4) Notwithstanding paragraph (1) of thisregulation, a flight manual, performance schedule or otherdocument incorporated by reference in the certificate ofairworthiness may be varied on sufficient ground beingshown to the satisfaction of the Minister, whether or notafter due inquiry.8. (1) Subject to the provisions of this regulation, theMinister may revoke, suspend or vary any permit to whichthis regulation applies.STATUTE LAW OF THE BAHAMAS LRO 1/2002
