In our work, we will<br />

• honour the transition themes, and be<br />

creative in planning<br />

• use consultative and inclusive processes, and<br />

be open and accessible<br />

take the time to discern what is needed<br />

• decide by consensus<br />

• practise and model Christian relationship<br />

• use our experience to sense the deeper<br />

• speak publicly as one voice<br />

<strong>The</strong> mission <strong>of</strong> this <strong>Transition</strong> Team is to listen<br />

<strong>for</strong> the many voices <strong>of</strong> God’s Spirit in our<br />

congregation, work to achieve the Interim<br />

Ministry goals, help discern the congregation’s<br />
