The original IMO-Declaration for Dangerous Goods is prepared by the shipper.A copy of the IMO-Declaration should be sent to the freight carrier before the start of thetransport. Important: The exact technical name of the goods, type of hazard class, and theUN-Number must be included in the correspondence. The loading of hazardous goods ismore expensive than harmless deliveries, and therefore an initial inquiry should disclose thefact that the shipment is an IMO.Bulk-LadungenSchüttgutladungen (z.B.
