LOUIS DOWNTOWN AIRPORTAirport activity varies significantly because of special events, weather conditions, and the fact that fuel sales are based on deliveries to the fixedbase operators. For FY 2011 the airport decreased operating income 51.7% compared to the previous year. The number of aircraft movementsdecreased 19.6% due to the current econmic downturn and a runway closesure for widening and overlay project; however, the number of aircraftbased at the airport increased 2.7% compared to last year .AGENCYThe Agency incurred a $38 thousand operating loss for the twelve months ending June 30, 2011 as a result of Executive Service expansion.2
