Rubber seal MUST BE installed on carriagehead bolts (if so equipped). Make sure that the rubber seal does not squeezeout beyond the bolt head when installing and tightening the bolt.ab22028a - Carriage Head Boltb - Rubber SealIMPORTANT: Torque bolts and nut (or studs and nuts if so equipped) evenly to 20-25lb. ft. (27-34 N·m). Tighten the center nuts first then work outward.CAUTIONAvoid continuity wire failure.
