Profile of DirectorsMr. Aftab Ahmad Ch.Managing Director/Chief Executive OfficerSecretary General South Asian Federation of ExchangesMr. Aftab Ahmad Ch, has been the Managing Director/CEO of the Lahore Stock Exchange Limited since October 2010.In his earlier capital market assignments, Mr. Aftab besides heading another domestic exchange in Pakistan also served asthe Chief Operating Officer of an asset management company. He has also been involved with the Board level work relatedto the system designing & implementation of the domestic nationwide structure for the Securities Clearing and SettlementCompany, as well as for the regulatory and product development related work at the Board level for the operations of theonly commodity exchange in Pakistan. In the recent past, Mr. Aftab has also served on the Board of Directors of othercapital market institutions in Pakistan such as M/s JCR-VIS-a leading independent corporate credit rating agency inPakistan, the Institute of Capital Markets, and Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.Mr. Aftab holds an MBA degree from Nicholls State University, Thibodaux (LA), USA, and is also a graduate of ExecutiveManagement Program of Stanford University, USA. Profile of DirectorsMr. Aftab Mahmood ButtDirectorMr. Aftab Mahmood Butt is the Chief Executive Officer of Kot Addu Power Company Ltd. since August1, 2008. Prior joining to KAPCO, he was the General Manager Finance, Corporate Planning &Performance Monitoring in Pakistan Electric Power (Private) Limited and was the Nominee Director byWAPDA on the Company’s Board of Directors. He has also held Directorship in Lahore Electric SupplyCompany Limited, Peshawar Electricity Supply Company Limited, Tribal Area Electricity SupplyCompany Limited and Quetta Electricity Supply Company Limited. He is the Fellow Member of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.He has more than 15 years experience in Corporate and Finance Sector and has held various seniormanagement position in Pakistan and abroad.
